Smoking Cessation: The City of Tucson, along with its health insurance partner CIGNA, can provide to you Smoking Cessation classes, which can provide you with the help and motivation you need to quit smoking. Arizona Smokers' Helpline
The Arizona Smokers' Helpline (ASHline) provides free services and information to the people of Arizona on quitting and the effects of smoking on health. Information is available for smokers as well as non-smokers who would like to help someone quit.

CIGNA: Prevention and Cessation of Cigarette Smoking
Your health insurance provider CIGNA offers useful information on the benefits of quitting and the health implications of smoking. The website also enumerates success rates of methods of tobacco cessation.

Smokefree
Smokefree is a government organization implemented to provide aid and resources to help you or someone you care about quit smoking.
